Yes, and no. The in-home estimate is free and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards. We measure, talk through materials and give you an itemized number. What you do with it is up to you.
Yury handles the consultation and manages your project start to finish. Manuel and our crews handle fabrication and installation. You are not passed to a salesperson who then disappears.
Honestly, it depends on the slab, the layout, the cabinetry and the condition of the room. We do not publish a price per square foot because the number would be wrong for most people. After we measure, you get a written itemized figure, and that figure holds.
We serve eight counties across Northern and Central New Jersey: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union, Morris, Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset. If you are just outside, call and ask.
No. We are a small team, not a call center with quotas. You will hear from Yury to arrange the visit and to follow up once on the proposal. If the timing is not right, tell us and we will leave it there.
It depends on scope, and we will give you a schedule with your proposal rather than a guess now. Countertop replacement is measured in days. A full remodel runs longer. What we can tell you is that we do not start your job and then disappear onto three others.
Yes. Templating, cutting, edge work and polishing happen in our own shop, which is why there is no subcontractor margin between the slab and your kitchen, and why the seams land where we intend them to.
